1. An application has to be made to the principal at least one month prior to the date of leaving,else a months tuition in lieu of such notice will be charged.
2. No Fees will be charged as transfer certificate fee. .
3. Fees are due as long as a pupil's name is on the roll.
Admission to Preparatory classes!
1. Application forms are issued in the month of January.
2. The Candidate Should be minimum 5 years of age as on 1st April of the year of admission into class-1.
3. The admission processes includes tests and interview for other classes during which children are tested for intelligence and elementary literacy expected of the above mentioned age.
4. The admission Process has to be done category wise:
Category 1: Only for Railway Employees Childrens.
Category 2:BPL and Disabled Quota(25% Seat).
Category 3:General/Non-Railway Childrens.
N.B: Reservation of seats for SC/ST candidates is done as per the Rule.
5. Parents must declare the child's correct date of birth in the admission form and must understand that this date cannot be changed at any stage.
6. Legally valid birth certificate must be attached with the form.
7. Incorrect declaration about age or any other matter will be disqualification for admission.
8. Subsequent discovery by the school authorities of such declaration could be a good ground for dismissal.
